There are thousands of Home Theatre Systems out there, so how do you select the right one? As much as we would like you to buy a Vifa system, we would also like to give you some very general advice on how to find a system that gives you a real Movie Theatre experience in your home.
And that is actually the first thing you have to consider; Do you want the real thing, or do you want to settle with a system that is called home theatre, but in reality does not deliver the experience? When it comes to high quality sound reproduction, there is one general rule of thumb you can trust; Big experiences don’t come in small boxes.
If you want a real Home Theatre system, the first and most important step is to find a specialised dealer. Unlike they guy down at the mall, a specialised Home Theatre dealer will be able to help you find a system that fit your needs. And he will be able to support you so that your system is installed and connected correctly and will deliver the performance you expect.

Subwoofers.
Let us just give you a short general hint when it comes to subwoofers. Subwoofers should only speak when spoken to. They have to be able to impress you with dynamics and impact, but only when the soundtrack has such kind of effects. In other words, during normal playback, subs must blend unnoticed into the overall sound and not stick out, so your attention should be on the music or movie, not on the sub. Boomy subs might be impressive in the shop, but in the long run they are tiring in the home and typically they cannot reproduce the difference between different types of moods and effects.
Finally you have to consider is the size of your listening room.
